This beautiful little girl playing Princess is called Emma. Emma sadly suffers from a rare disease called Fanconi Anaemia (FA), which means she has bone marrow failure.
Emma desperately needs a bone marrow donor and even though she has been on the register since 2012 no match has been found!!! This is heartbreaking for Emma and her family!!
Emma had had blood transfusions and received platelets to keep her alive but she needs a cure and fast!!
